Pakistan-Wide Coverage
We deliver to every address across Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Islamabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Shipping Details
Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched, delivery across Pakistan typically takes 2–3 days. For customized products, please place your order approximately 8–10 days before your event so we have time to prepare it. Working days are Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Processing Time
Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Saturday). Customized orders begin preparation once your details are confirmed, so please allow 8–10 days before your event. Ready-made (non-customized) items are dispatched as soon as they are prepared.
Delivery Coverage
SureJoy ships across every province and territory in Pakistan — Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Islamabad Capital Territory, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. We deliver to every postcode covered by our courier partner (TCS).
Order Tracking
Every order is assigned a unique tracking number. You receive a tracking link on WhatsApp and via email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can also track your order at any time via our Order Tracking page.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within a few days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the courier and, if the parcel cannot be located, reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

SureJoy ships with TCS, which offers full nationwide coverage across Pakistan. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp and via email the moment your order is dispatched.
Please place customized orders approximately 8–10 days before your event. This gives us time to prepare your item to the agreed design before dispatch.

No — full payment is required in advance for all orders. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD).
